Telescribe
TeleScribe is an AI clinical scribe built for Australian healthcare — it listens to the consultation and writes the clinical note, giving GPs, Nurse Practitioners and Allied Health clinicians their time back from documentation. It includes Video Consulting and Telecheck.
Overview
TeleScribe is an AI clinical documentation tool built for Australian healthcare practitioners. It listens to a consultation and produces structured clinical notes, so clinicians spend less of the consult typing and more of it with the patient. The product is designed around Australian clinical practice and privacy expectations: patient data handling is treated as the primary design constraint, not an afterthought. Documentation output is drafted for the clinician to review and approve — the practitioner remains the author of the clinical record. TeleScribe is currently available for acquisition. Detailed technical architecture, data-handling design, and commercial information are available to genuine enquirers on request.
The problem it solves
The clinician still juggles a separate video platform, separate clinical tools, and separate Medicare eligibility checks, then stitches it all together manually. TeleScribe is the whole consultation in one place: video consulting is built in, inbuilt clinical tools feed their results straight into the note as you work, and TeleCheck integration confirms Medicare telehealth eligibility and billing — so the note, the consult and the compliance happen in one flow instead of four apps. Built by a practising Australian Nurse Practitioner inside his own telehealth clinic, for Australian workflows.
